Itu artinya sender memutus koneksi, umumnya terjadi kalau delivery time
habis atau dirasakan receiver tidak meresponse (koneksi tcp sudah putus).

Kasus ini terjadi karena sender merasa koneksi tcp sudah terputus.
Dalam kondisi macam ini internet mail server akan retry to send karena
regulasi internet mengharuskan seperti itu; tetapi dalam kasus sender
hostnya .outbound.protection.partner.outlook.com biasanya tidak terjadi
karena server-server mereka run dibelakang proxy/firewall.
Jadi perlu menghubungi sender untuk resend mail yang gagal tersebut.
Agar saat sender bisa sukses kirim mail di kemudian hari, ubah sedikit
setting firewall agar server mailserv.comtex.co.id bisa di ping dari
internet.

dan atau lakukan whitelist terhadap IP sender host di external firewall
dan whitelist sender domain di antispam/antivirus server
mailserv.comtex.co.id; hal ini khususnya untuk mengatasi koneksi yang
lambat.
