Recipient yang terakhir tidak terima karena sender host time out.
Menurut regulasi internet mail, sender host wajib retry to send, tetapi
khusus server .protection.outlook.com yang diletakkan dibelakang proxy
server tidak akan menyadari bahwa sending mailnya gagal karena time out.
Jadi kalau mau recipient mau terima mail yang gagal dikirim itu harus
kasih tahu ke original sender ([email protected]) untuk resend mail
dengan message-ID

Saran untuk server mail.mandau.id, naikkan nilai tarpit threshold atau
didisable saja tarpitnya.
