Ini bukan masalah PTR record melainkan masalah di koneksi internet
mailhub.kobexindo.com yang lambat sehingga DSN query time out.Coba di
disable koneksi internet WAN NIC lalu connect lagi.
Atau reboot server.
Dari kantor saya tidak masalah resolve PTR record host/ip tersebut.
