Hi Guys,

Does any of you have an idea on the best way to express association overriding in UML... and how MDARAD should behave in this regard?

Example : I have a "Product" entity which is associated to an "Item" entity. The association end on the product side is named "Product.items". It is a many to many association. I also have an entity subclass of "Product" named "Wearable". This "Wearable" class has an association on a "WearableItem" class. The name of the "Wearable-->WearableItem" on the "Wearable side is "Wearable.items". Thus, "Wearable.items" overrides "Product.items". Doesn't it?

So, i'd just like to discuss with you guys how it should be handled in MDARAD and how to represent it in UML.

Thanks,
