If you need to remember to go to the grocery store before you leave work, set a quick to-do note. A lot of people ask me how I can handle doing so many different things. However, it is turned off by default in newer versions of Outlook, so you need to turn it back on to start tracking your work. Along the right, alphabetical buttons let you quickly click to move to the names you need to view. Browse to the file on your hard disk and then click Insert. And in almost all spreadsheets, that's exactly what you do have.
