I've been wondering whether some sort of a "cheatsheet", a comparison table how to do things in Solaris/mdb and Windows/WinDBG, would be of use to anyone ? Or similarly, a lcrash / mdb comparison ? Not interested in flamewars "my debugger is better than yours". Rather looking for "how to do <task X> in Windows/Linux/Solaris". Something to help e.g. windows driver developers to get started with Solaris. If you think that's too off-topic for the list but are still interested, pls. contact me directly.
