OK, I will have to go find these things.

Yes you need to import some vmware drivers.

Import the entire contents of the C:\Program Files\VMWare\VMWare Tools
\Drivers\ (do this for both x86 and x64 if you are supporting both
architectures in your Env.)

I have used Johan's hydration kit to build a domain controller with DHCP in
Hyper-V. Works like a champ. I copied the ISO to a VMX system and tried
to build a Domain Controller. The OS got installed but the DHCP and the AD
domain could not be created. Do I need VMS drivers? Other ideas?
