Ok, I'm stumped. I'm sure it is likely something simple I am missing but have yet to figure it out.
We are finally standing up a new CM12 SP1 U3 environment to replace our well-aged CM07 environment. Rather than migrating packages etc. over we are starting off fresh and created all of the former packages just as Applications where we could. Deploying applications to machines works fine but when I try and add them to be installed via a TS none of the ones I have selected install. Packages also work fine via the TS. I've checked the SMSTS.LOG but there seems to be no errors there, though I will admit I may not know what I should be looking for. I've also tried installing KB2522623 and rebooting before the Application install steps with no change.
