I'm not the one pushing the button to post the MDT 2013 download. It will show up tomorrow, just not sure of what time. Hopefully early so I don't have to answer too many more "when will it be available" e-mails :)

I would suggest downloading the GA images from the Volume License Service Center (they have the GA updates preinstalled in them), then creating images using those. The RTM version of the ADK for Windows 8.1 is already on the download center.
