OK, that was fun. It RAN. The VM has installed the OS. I can log in,
every thing looks fine.

Press F8, and run the following command:

Cscript.exe x:\deploy\scripts\litetouch.wsf /debug:true

The task sequence should run. Either:
      1. Litetouch.wsf will crash, at which point the error should
show up in the cmd window.
      2. The task sequence will exit, and you can check the smsts.log
and/or bdd.log file for the root cause.

Clear out your bootstrap.ini and regenerate your boot media, then try that.

When I run and get the command window, I do a "ipconfig" and check the IP.
Ping the deployment server. Use "net use" to mount the deployment server
with the account. So I assume things should work but don't. Any other
ways to check this thing?

As stated, if your not getting the welcome screen in WinPE, its not
connecting to your deployment share.

When that command prompt comes up, verify you are getting a valid ip
address and can ping the deployment server.
If not, you may need to change your selection profile so its injecting the
needed network drivers into your boot image.

Have you already checked the account used to connect to the
DeploymentShare ? Maybe there is a problem with that account

Thank you,

Yes, I get the Microsoft Solutions Accelerators Blue screen and before the
task sequence Welcome screen comes up, I get a command window with the
title of "Select Administrator: X:\windows\System32\cmd.exe" then the
process stops.

So your getting a blue screen inside WinPE?

Try to give a little more description for when the blue screen occurs.

I have a MDT light touch server(OS 2008 r2 with Hyper-V) that was upgraded
from MDT 2010 to MDT 2012. After the upgrade all of the task sequences
fail. They start and I get the blue Microsoft screen but then get a
command window and all processing stops. I don't get the Welcome screen.
I can't find any logs. I have rebuilt the boot .iso. Does any one have a
guess what might be wrong?

Steve
