Hi everyone, I've found an article which explain how to find the AppId and how to use the goup policy mentioned by Michael.

I already tried this solution and it works fine, but as far as I tested this only is applied to the new accounts and only once. So you won't be able to add additional items for the old user accounts. I have some shortcuts delivered by group policy that I want to add on the start menu, but in this case without AppID that won't be possible using this group policy, right? The only thing I've found so far are the PowerShell commands to import and export the layout: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn283403.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn283401.aspx Those operate on the default user profile, though... so I think they only work during deployment or for any new users that log on after the import command is issued.
