Johan, First off, excellent write up.
In your posting you mention problems with PXE and performance issues. Can you point me to more info on both of those problems? We're gearing up to migrate from SCCM 2007 to 2012 and the choice to go with SP1 vs. R2 hasn't been decided yet. If we may be better off going with SP1 and waiting for the kinks to be ironed out of R2 then I'd prefer to go that route.
