I just saw that, havent integrated Win 2012 and assumed that the steps I used for Win 2008 R2 would work exactly the same! I would not use the 2008 version on a Win 2012! Sorry for the confusion, I don't use these old skills so much anymore since we started using virtual server!!
I did some research and after reading this: http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/spp/index.html It looks like they have moved over to HP Service Pack for Proliant - still using HPSUM so maybe all is not lost :) Check out: http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/hpsum/index.aspx for more info that should get you started! Sorry. :-( Will the 2008 support pack work for 2012? I don't see a 2012 one. http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/psi/swdHome/?lang=en&cc=us&sp4ts.oid=3716247 ________________________________ John Marcum Sr. Desktop Architect Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP ________________________________ From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jonas Pettersson Sent: Tuesday, November 05, 2013 8:25 AM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] SV: HP iLO Drivers If all you want to do is to install the driver I normally just run the Proliant Support Pack to install all of them (except for NIC / Storage drivers needed to start the installation of the OS). Something like hpsum.exe /use_latest /use_snmp /use_wmi /allow_non_bundle_components /allow_update_to_bundle /silent - where the non bundle compontents also let me update stuff from the firmware .iso. /Jonas Från: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]]<mailto:[mailto:[email protected]]> För Marcum, John Skickat: den 5 november 2013 14:07 Till: '[email protected]' Ämne: [MDT-OSD] HP iLO Drivers has anyone been able to get the HP iLO card drivers into a task sequence? It looks like running the exe is required and there's no silent switches that I can find. ________________________________ John Marcum Sr. Desktop Architect Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP ________________________________ ________________________________ Confidentiality Notice: This e-mail is from a law firm and may be protected by the attorney-client or work product privileges.
