Yeah, it's an issue we found really late - it's in the release notes with no 
workaround. But there is one: add a dummy format & partition step in the 
initialization group. See attached for a visual.

Yes, if you are running a task sequence on a UEFI system that repartitions the 
disk more than once, i.e. what an MDT-created task sequence would typically do.

Is anyone else seeing "memory cannot be read" error messages with the latest 
version of the OSDDiskPart utility?  Ever since I updated to WinPE 5.0 media 
and the latest ToolKit packages, I'm seeing it around 10% of the time when 
doing deployments.  Never saw it before with any previous versions....
