Stopped the McAfee services and I was able to create the TS… so not begins the 
battle to get Endpoint on the server instead J Stupid McAfee…

Disabling McAfee often doesn’t help.  Try uninstalling it J  (Seriously, that’s 
what it often takes.)  Alternatively, install the ConfigMgr console and MDT on 
a separate machine, without McAfee, and confirm that you can do what you want 
from there.  Then add McAfee and see if it breaks…

Nothing reflected there, so it appears the error is all in the MDT function.
