[MDT-OSD] Windows 8.1 Error in MDT

Hello,

I am having the following error with windows 8.1 deployment with MDT 2013

ERR 429: CreateObject(Microsoft.BDD.Utility)-ActiveX component can't create 
object" 

Any idea of what could be wrong. I check and the Microsoft.BDD.Utility.dll exist
