I've tried that, I edited my existing task sequences, tried with just pressing ok and not verifying the password, it's still not joining the network, not sure what else I can try...

You are right, was thinking of the wrong task. It worked for me a couple months ago, keep in mind doing the Test Connection also seems to break it. Basically type the password, click OK, and don't look back! Wouldn't that be the "Apply Network Settings" task, I don't see anything on the Setup Windows and Configmgr task. Also I have tried re-typing that on password on the "apply network settings tab" still no dice... -Josh From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Daniel Ratliff Sent: Monday, February 3, 2014 4:14 PM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: RE: [MDT-OSD] OSD Join Domain fails after password update. Can confirm this bug exists, we are on SP1 CU3. If you change the password, don't open it back up or you will have to re-type it again. If its broken now, just open up the Setup Windows and Configmgr step and re-type the password. Is there an issue with updating the account that is used to join a computer to the domain for SCCM 2012 OSD? Over the weekend, I had to update the password for this account and now having issues where new OS Deployments failing to join the domain. I have verified the password is correct and not locked. Found a blog mentioning that this might be a bug, but didn't see a resolution? Anyone run across this? http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/74268c42-14f9-4822-88ea-4093970ae767/sccm-2012-network-access-account-password-problem?forum=configmanagerosd Thanks, David The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain CONFIDENTIAL material.
