Have you added this WinPE driver CAB to the boot images?

Generally that is all I need to do when new devices come out and haven't yet 
been integrated into the general Dell WinPE Cab just yet.

Following the instructions Johan linked, I was able to deploy these for my 
company.

Whats the issue you're running into?

If the machine displays

Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click OK to restart the 
computer, and then restart the installation"
then you should follow these steps and install KMDF.

Note that only some of my 7240's were affected with this issue, mostly ones 
distributed from European facilities by Dell.

Has anyone had success getting this laptop to load the NIC drivers in WinPE? 
Seems this is a well known problem, but the suggested solutions I'm finding in 
my research don't seem to work. When I boot into WinPE, the NIC driver doesn't 
load or obtain an IP address.
