I was a meeting and we ended up landing on offshoring all the operational work,
not just helpdesk server support and so on.

So that included active directory administration, group policy creation and
maintainence.

I got thinking aftward.. that seems backwards.

It seems a common sense deivide should be

helpdesk and server support can be outsourced/offshored fairly easily.
Possibly the tech support in general but when it comes to AD administratration,
GPO, and SCCM admin it should be in house.

reasoning is - the inhouse has that whole accountable for share holders not
the outsourced company. example - if i sab the company i hurt the shares, which
hurts my own shares.

? thoughts?
