Assuming you mean ConfigMgr 2012 R2, I just completed an upgrade last week. It was smooth overall. . .just a few "breath catching" moments:
1. Setup Wizard showed icons for still in progress for certain components, even though setup log showed successful completion 2. Admin console could not connect after upgrade. Repair of console install fixed the issue 3. Distribution of boot images and updated client packages failed initially. Update of content on DPs corrected the issue. Make sure you follow the guidance and uninstall pevious ADK and install the latest ADK. And definitely install the CU1 update to mitigate OS deployment known issues. Also, make sure that you re-create task sequences. I used the copy functionality to make that task easier.
