I agree with john, if using a KVM or a lower spec'ed screen plug it into the screen that is came with, and check which port is primary as it might only be appearing on that screen ________________________________ From: Bain.John<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: 22/07/2014 10:24 AM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] RE: Anyone have issues imaging a Dell Precision T3610?
Are you using a KVM, is it possible the video output has switched to the other display port ? ConfigMgr 2012 OSD. One of our departments ordered 3 of these. Xeon processor, SSD drives, very nice system. I downloaded the latest drivers, they seem to be applying, but once the computer restarts, the display goes black. I pulled one of the drives and reviewed the logs, and the imaging process appears to have completed. Also, I checked the Dell asset tag online to verify which video card came with it, and we have the correct driver for it. Any ideas?
