The ztibackground.wsf script works in all winpe phases, but none after the "setup windows and configmanager" steps, once it starts the windows phase.
I am just trying to use the out of the box files for now. The script continues working all the way through my windows 7 task sequences, but only the winpe phases of my windows 8 ones.
