Here's a solution that has worked well for me many times in the past. Does a
lot more too.
Create a new property in Bootstrap that uses the default gateway to trigger a
"MyLocale" value. Optionally use that to point to a local MDT share too.:

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a method to set the timezone variable based
on an ip address range as opposed to using the default gateway?
Using a range would be a lot more efficient than adding all of the individual
gateways.
Any ideas would be helpful.
