We've had multiple 9020's that are just plain stubborn. It appears to image fine, but when you log in, it takes FOREVER going through the preparing apps, almost ready, etc. screen, then eventually it goes to a lock screen. When you try to log in again, you get a black screen with a cursor. Googling says this might be a display driver issue. I disabled all the display drivers, still having problems. I can't even get into safe mode. I've tried different driver cabs, currently using the 8/28 release from Dell's site.
