Thanks everyone for answering! How about turning on bit locker via command
line(manage-bde commands) without getting the keyboard error. I was turning it
on with TPMandPIN.

They should have said that there are not yet any tools available to configure
the Surface Pro 3 firmware ☺

Thanks,

I emailed MS about this not too long ago actually. Apparently there are no bios
tools available beside whats available through manage-bde or powershell
commandlets.

I had been hoping for a tool to clear the TPM chip … something that could be
used through scripting.

All,

Is there a tool or command to turn and activate the TPM on a surface via
command line or from within Windows 8.1?

- Thanks,
