You need to run the updated script outside of MDT/OSD on a machine that that has not run Windows Update to reproduce the error. :)

I did not see any change. I also ran the cscript command and it returned no error and also reported "This computer is up to date" Mike Iacaruso Enterprise Desktop Engineer Office of Technology Services Towson University 410-704-3965 <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] From: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Keith Garner (Hotmail) Sent: Tuesday, April 7, 2015 1:17 PM To: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> Subject: RE: [MDT-OSD] ZTIWindowsUpdate error Check out my blog post on the subject: https://keithga.wordpress.com/2013/09/12/ztiwindowsupdate-wsf-errors/ Updated version at: http://mdtex.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest#Templates.2013/Distribution/S cripts/ZTIWindowsUpdate.wsf Additionally, if that does not resolve the issue, try running ZTIWindowsUpdate on the client machine with the following: Cscript.exe \\server\deploymentshare$\scripts\ztiwindowsupdate.wsf <file:///\\server\deploymentshare$\scripts\ztiwindowsupdate.wsf> /debug:true /debugcapture -k From: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Iacaruso, Mike Sent: Tuesday, April 7, 2015 7:01 AM To: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] ZTIWindowsUpdate error I am running into an issue with a MDT 2013 task sequence trying to run the Windows Update pass on a Windows 7 image. I am running into the following errors in the BDD and ZTIWindowsUpdate logs. I found people with the same issue online but their resolutions did not help. I have a WSUS Windows 2012 R2 server that is functioning properly. I see the KB3734608 update but I do not think that is for my server. I ran the ZTIwindowsUpdate script in debug mode on the problem system and it did not error off and says that my system is up to date, but there are 50+ updates that are available. Does anyone have a similar setup that had this issue occur? Any troubleshooting that I can try.
