The size is limited by the available RAM. We have seen those sorts of errors when syncing, but I don't think we've ever identified the cause for that.
Thanks, -Michael From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of ODONNELL Aaron M Sent: Thursday, April 28, 2016 2:08 PM To: '[email protected]' <[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] MDT XML maximum size? I've seen a few mentions to a size limit on the MDT's various XML files but I can't seem to find this information anywhere. The reason I ask is my drivers.xml is approaching 12MB in size (we support a lot of different hardware..) and it's getting more and more frequent that when I add or delete/replace drivers into my deployment I get a bunch of "name already exists" errors when I try to replicate to a linked deployment share. The only fix I've found is to delete the drivers.xml in the share I'm trying to replicate to then start over to make it regenerate it. I have a lot of linked deployment shares and it makes the process take hours. Thanks, Aaron O'Donnell
