We just started down this road. Had to create 2 task sequences, leveraging Mike Terrill’s blog.

As long as you boot into WinPE on the next round in UEFI mode, MDT LiteTouch and SCCM OSD will handle the rest, including cleaning the disk for GPT for New Computer scenarios.
