This is the official documentation http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/enterprise-client/w/wiki/3462.dup-bios-updates but you are right it doesn't list 10. Looking though a script I got from https://garytown.com/dell-bios-upgrade-in-osd-winpe-x64 to install the BIOS updates it looks like exit code 10 means the battery is too low.
