Hey everyone, I’m using the upgrade feature to migrate an 8.1 system to W10-1709 and seeing something odd. As part of the upgrade TS I have it importing a custom start menu layout, but for existing users the pinned area is just gone until I manually choose some app to Pin to Start, but then it’s the only tile in there. Log out and back in as a new user, and all the custom layout of pinned tiles shows up just fine. Run the same TS with a 1703 upgrade package and the pinned tiles are there for the existing user profiles as well.
