There are 728 channels in the channels.conf. Basically the complete scan of Astra where I have deleted some obscure channels. The size of epg.xml is about 1.6MB. I have build a smaller channels.conf, and the situation is improving. During the same time the processor load bumps to 100% and the application doesn't respond to any activity. The video and audio output keeps on running.
