hmm talking about the epg problem in my case, how does one get placed into the /.me-tv directory. I installed the me-tv but never saw a epg .xml created. Another issue I have with me-tv is if I instalme-tv in a fresh installof ubuntu, If I install me-tv 5.30 just to say, t will not launch. It installs but will not launch. If I use add-remove program in ubuntu and install me-tv and then install the 5.30 without installing the previous version, it will launch. the add-remove program also unstalls needed libraries which the newer versions do not or depends on. To get back to your question, I Never found out how to create a epg.xml file and maybee that is the reason why I am having problems with my epg not working in my other post under bugs in epg.

I discovered the same issue and just found out that after 10 minutes of usage, the screen kinda locks up and skips every so often on versions higher than 5.25.
