I can't replicate this so you're going to have isolate which source
revision caused the issue.

Bug description:
I was just in a forum in ubuntuforums.org and I just realized something after
he mentioned about the channels not locking long enough. I discovered the same
issue and just found out that after 10 minutes of usage, the screen kinda locks
up and skips every so often on versions higher than 5.25. For some reason,
5.25 works best in keeping channels locked.
