I think that this is a valid bug however I'm choosing not to fix it
because:
1. I'm moving forward with 0.6 which will make this issue obsolete,
2. There is an easy work around

Bug description:
After a dvb-s scan done with the scan util in dvb-apps, I had the following
line in the channels.conf:
ARD "Das Erste":11604:h:0:27500:172:173:606
For Me-TV to accept the channels.conf, I had to change that line to:
ARD Das Erste:11604:h:0:27500:172:173:606
Ubuntu 8.10 development version
Me-TV: 0.5.33
