Hi All, I've finally done it, a working GStreamer engine for Me TV with a deinterlacer. It's still not as resilient as xine but the xine player has too many bugs and is not really being actively developed anymore.
I now have a 0.8.0 version in the development branch which now has DVB-S support thanks to Florian. The development branch still has a few bugs: * Crash when saving channels in the Channel Editor while storing EPG events in EPG thread * Channels aren't getting removed from the Channel Editor properly Apart from that, if you see any other issues then please let me know. There's a new GConf key called gstreamer_command_line which can be modified to suit your needs if you need to change the pipeline. Thanks, Michael
