Question #76584 on Me TV changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/me-tv/+question/76584

    Status: Open => Answered

Michael Lamothe proposed the following answer:
I can only assume that xine-lib is buffering the data. xine-lib is
well-known for its data/video correction abilities, maybe it requires
more in-memory data to do this. But this is not the best place to ask
about the operation of xine-lib. You should ask the xine-lib
developers.

You could either:
* Decrease the amount of buffering in the xine.config
* Try the libvlc engine in Me TV

Thanks,

Michael
