Hello, can somebody explain to me, why the "SConstruct" file in the pm_mingw/msys directory of the portmidi repo is in truth an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of email addresses?
Does somebody have a real SConstruct file for building portmidi with MinGW? I'm trying to build a Makefile for building a DLL with MinGW but with my limited C/gcc/DLL-fu I only managed to build static libs so far.
