Yeah, cool include them with whatever licence John agreed to.   I
asked the pyportmidi author (John Harrison) if I could include
pyportmidi in pygame as LGPL (since pygame is LGPL), and said he could
take back any changes we made.  Also Tim Thompson said I could include
his pyportmidi mods in pygame too.

We're doing a pygame release now (it takes 2 weeks) so we're going to
include the latest stable release of portmidi for windows/mac.  After
that is done, I'll test out your new changes in the prereleases and
hopefully the next release in 4 months or so of pygame can include
your fixes.
