World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions: COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR (Code: COMM-N) Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the Communications Department and oversee the development of key communication resources Direct communications in emergency and crisis situations and link with media resources, NGOs, donors and other diverse audiences who need to be informed Develop and maintain relationship with media resources Manage the image and personality of the Organization in dealing with various internal and external audiences Qualifications: At least 10 years' experience in Public Relations, Communications or Media field Proven experience in developing and implementing information campaigns for large organizations that include various target audiences Strong writing and story-telling skills both in English and Indonesian Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Excellent journalistic skills, with photographic and/or video skills also preferred.
