Time Warner Extends EarthLink Pact By Steve Donohue MultiChannel News 7/6/2006 11:12:00 AM http://www.multichannel.com/article/CA6349953.html Time Warner Cable cut a deal with EarthLink that will allow the Internet-service provider to continue reselling high-speed-Internet access to Time Warner subscribers and to some homes passed by Adelphia Communications once that deal closes. Time Warner originally agreed in November 2000 to open its pipe to EarthLink and other ISPs as a condition of its merger with America Online. The MSO passes approximately 19 million homes. Specific terms of the pact were not disclosed. ================================ George Antunes, Political Science Dept University of Houston; Houston, TX 77204 Voice: 713-743-3923 Fax: 713-743-3927 antunes at uh dot edu Reply with a "Thank you" if you liked this post. _____________________________ MEDIANEWS mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
