you can add categories to grab groups of pages. Offering a daily dump is easy enough for my wiki, and I rather generate that daily with a "nice" process rather than someone clicking "export all" and the site going down because everyone is running 10 minute+ queries It is easy enough to make a link from the export page to a full "xml" dump too.
