That wouldn't be very time-effective on my side , the time complexity of 
diff algorithms is very big and it would be much better
if I could get the diffs already calculated.

I would've expected this link to get diffs from 2007 but it seems it's 
getting the latest diffs so the offset parameter has no effect

What can I do to use offset parameter properly ?
