You can use Special:WhatLinksHere for that, e.g.:

https://tr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Özel:SayfayaBağlantılar/Türkiye_Büyük_Millet_Meclisi&hidetrans=1&hidelinks=1

Just hide any category except redirects.

Using the API, the query module with redirects seems correct for you:

https://tr.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action="">

So i want to lern via API that TBMM redirects to actually Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi

Which means TBMM is abbreviation of Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi

Also can i learn it is abbreviation or not by api?
