partman: get rid of the "no mount point" prompt d-i by defaults prompts when you format a partition but not set a mount point for that. We had partman-xfs/no_mount_point set to false for that, but starting from partman-xfs 45 (in precise) this was replaced with the generic partman-basicfilesystems/no_mount_point template.
