Fix TSR on ref-end-tags to prevent mega wikitext src duplication.
* Setting tsr to (endTsr || [null, text.length]) was causing
serious duplication of rt-src on the following page:
en:Almirante Latorre-class battleship
Haven't investigated why that happens, but not setting it to
extend to end-of-file fixes the problem.
* No change in parserTests.
* No change in errors for en:L'Opéra national de Paris.
