Deal with indent-pre in HTML-p tags. * HTML-spec-compliant tree builders will close any open p-tag when it encounters a pre-tag inside. So, fix the p-wrapper to deal with this scenario. This also updates p-wrapping to consider existing HTML p-tags in the wikitext which had been ignored prior to this. * Fixes 1 wt2wt parser test.
