Provide a clear, well-named entry point for the extension
- Lowercasing the first 'e' in eventLogging seems more consistant
with our code conventions (see, for example, ext.visualEditor.*)
- Also change base cache key to 'ext.eventLogging:dataModels'.
- Define getDependencies() implementation for RL module.
- Renames:
'ext.eventLogging' => 'ext.eventLogging.core'
'ext.eventLogging.dataModels' => 'ext.eventLogging'
This minimizes confusion around dependency management, making
ext.eventLogging the clear entrypoint for the extension.
