Improvement over 417146c to handle "|!" and " !" in sol posn.
* 417146c introduced a regression on "|!" in an attempt to
handle " !" in sol posn.
* Fixes parsing and RTing of the following wikitext:

* No change in parser tests (TODO: add more)
* Gets rid of some semantic errors from en:Balázs Dzsudzsák
