tweak non passing job so they dont block for now * Echo does not support SQLite backend so we do not bother running the installer nor running the unit tests. * EventLogging does not have any Unit tests * TimedMediaHandler depends on MwEmbedSupport extension but we do not support extension dependencies for now. Disable installer and Unit tests for now.
