Remove obsolete configurations parameters * result format "rss" is not longer available since commit e678ada7331002748789811527bffc7797070337 ** $smwgRSSEnabled was dropped without replacement ** $smwgRSSWithPages was replace by the output parameter "page" of the new result format "feed" This could also go into the 1.8.x and 1.9.x branches, but I do not know if it is worth the effort.
